We're looking for an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-tech dental practice. If you have a passion for helping patients say "yes" to life-changing care — and the track record to prove it — we want to talk to you.
About the RoleYou’ll be the key link between our clinical team and our patients, guiding them through complex, high-value treatment plans, helping them commit to the care they need, and supporting front office operations to keep our practice running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Present and explain complex treatment plans (Smile Design, All-on-X, Implants, Full Mouth Reconstruction, etc.) with clarity and confidence
- Build trust and rapport with patients to overcome hesitation and close high-ticket cases
- Discuss and coordinate third-party financing options (Care Credit, Alphaeon,Lending Club Cherry, Proceed Finance, etc.) to make treatment accessible
- Follow up with patients on pending treatment plans to drive case acceptance and scheduling
- Answer phones and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage and update patient records in our CRM system
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Collect co-pays and process payments at check-out
- Work closely with the front desk and clinical team to ensure smooth scheduling, insurance verification, and patient flow
- Track case acceptance rates and follow-up outcomes
- Maintain detailed, organized patient financial and treatment records
- Represent the practice's culture of patient satisfaction, teamwork, and top-tier care
- Proven experience presenting and closing high-end treatment plans (Smile Design, All-on-X, Implants, etc.)
- Strong track record of case acceptance / case closing
- Experience with third-party financing platforms
- Comfortable handling front office duties (phones, scheduling, payments, CRM)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, can-do attitude- you thrive under pressure and love a fast pace
- Team player who works seamlessly with front desk and clinical staff
- Comfortable using dental practice management, CRM, and financing software
