Jacobs is hiring an On-Site CxA/Owner Testing Engineer to lead on-site commissioning, integrated systems testing, and project turnover. You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and Owner representatives to ensure tests are executed, documented, and handed over successfully.
You will apply deep knowledge of commissioning processes, startup procedures, and test documentation, while managing multiple stakeholders in active construction environments to meet milestones and risk mitigation goals.
