Project Manager I at J.F. White Contracting Co.

• Full responsibility for an entire project, including safety, quality, schedule, coordination, profitability and progress of the work.
• Be the first point of contact for the owner and handle all commercial aspects.
• Be involved in the project from advertisement to estimating and award through construction and final completion.
• Be responsible for one or more projects depending on contract amounts and project demand.

• Correspondence and negotiations with client
• Subcontract and purchase order preparation and approval
• Job cost reviews
• Cost forecast reviews
• Change order and claim preparation
• M/W/DBE selection, auditing, and compliance
• Scheduling oversight
• Invoice approval
• Site staff personnel management
• Control estimate preparation
• Monitoring of compliance with quality and safety standards

• Minimum of 10 years experience preferably in heavy highway civil construction
• Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering or similar degree

• Experience with software such as Heavyjob, Heavy Bid, Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM, and Fieldwire is preferred

• Mid-Senior level
