Financial Advisor - Wealth Services

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
Responsibilities vary depending on the specific corporate function but may include:
* Supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen client relationships, retention, and long‑term practice growth
* Partnering with cross‑functional teams and fellow advisors to deliver a seamless client experience
* Managing client workflows including onboarding, ongoing service, and follow‑up
* Preparing, presenting, and implementing customized financial plans for existing clients
* Providing holistic financial guidance across investments, insurance, and retirement planning
* Analyzing client financial data to inform recommendations and improve outcomes
* Attending and presenting at educational workshops for retiree prospects and clients
* Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and licensing requirements
* Contributing to a collaborative culture that supports colleagues across Alera Group's national network
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
* 3+ years of experience in financial services or advisory roles
* Active Connecticut Life insurance license
* Active Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 licenses
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship‑management skills
* Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning tools used within the advisory function

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation:
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
