Caregiver - CNA​/HHA​/PCA

Hourly cases ranging from 4 to 12 hours, scheduled at any time during the day, evening, or night. Shifts will take place within 30 minutes of where you reside.

Work where every moment matters. The Homemaker Caregiver provides personalized care to elderly and disabled individuals, helping them maintain independence and dignity while receiving quality care in their own homes.

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support clients with toileting, ambulation, and other mobility needs.
• Prepare and provide meals to meet clients’ nutritional requirements.
• Report changes in clients’ condition to nurse, supervisor, or client care coordinator.
• Perform routine housekeeping and home management duties.
• Document each client’s care on the care plan and submit it promptly.
• Offer emotional support to clients and their families.
• Assist with routine therapy exercises.
• Participate in case conferences as requested.
• Attend all required in-service education sessions.
• Use computer software and smartphone for required education.
• Represent the company professionally through high customer-service standards.
• Think critically without direct supervision and know when to elevate concerns.

• Driver’s license and car with auto insurance.
• One year of prior personal care experience at a facility or agency.
• Two years of continuous work experience.
• New graduate CNA’s welcome.
• Comfortable driving within 30 minutes of home for client cases.
