Our staff of highly trained professionals treat patients holistically, considering family and living situations for the most appropriate care plan.

The Homemaker Caregiver position provides personal hygiene and grooming care to clients; assistance with toileting, ambulation, etc.; providing meals for clients' nutritional needs; reporting changes in clients' condition to nurse, supervisor, or client care coordinator; performing routine housekeeping and home management duties; recording each client's care on care plan and submitting care plan in a timely manner; assisting with providing emotional support for the clients and their families;

assisting with routine therapy exercises; participating in case conferences as requested; attending all required in-service education sessions; having the ability to use computer software program and smartphone for required education; representing the company in a positive and professional manner through a high level of customer service; and can think critically without direct supervision and the ability to escalate when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Hourly caregivers must have a driver's license and car with auto insurance
• One year of previous personal care experience at a facility or agency
• Two years of continuous work experience
• New grad CNA's are welcome
• Caregivers must be comfortable driving within 30 minutes of where they live for cases

Shift details:
Hourly cases range anywhere from 4-12 hours at any time in the day, evening, or night. Shifts will take place within 30 minutes of where you reside.
