Creditor's Rights Attorney - Connecticut

Overview

Stillman Law Office is a multi-state Creditors Rights Law Firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI. The Firm is seeking a full time Associate Attorney, licensed in Connecticut. The addition of other bar admission may be looked at favorably.

• Making virtual and in court appearances
• Reviewing and signing pleadings
• Providing legal opinions
• Experience working in the area of creditor's representation preferred but not necessary

• Juris Doctorate
• Admitted to Connecticut State Bar. Admissions to any of the following states would be a plus:
  Delaware, Michigan, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maryland and Washington,
  
  D.C
• Good Standing

• Reliable with strong work ethic
• Pays attention to detail
• Well organized
• Ability to multi-task, as well as the ability to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment is essential
• Ability to work in a team environment, and act as a team player
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with people at all organization levels of the firm

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Previous experience with the Collection Software Cogent is a plus

Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
