Relocation Opportunity

National Health Care Associates offers a Relocation Program for Licensed Practical Nurses across all 50 U.S. states and territories, including Puerto Rico. You will receive comprehensive support and assistance as you transition to a new state.

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well‑being and comfort of residents. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the implementation of care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
