SUPPLIFE Wethersfield is looking for a motivated, reliable, and energetic Team Member to join our growing team in Wethersfield, CT. We are a supplement and wellness-focused store, so we’re looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, health, and helping customers reach their goals.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and support customers with supplement recommendations
• Prepare protein shakes and assist with in-store product preparation
• Follow proper health and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe, organized environment
• Assist with daily store operations, stocking, and inventory
• Support opening and closing responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Help drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement

• Experience in retail, customer service, fitness, or a related field (preferred)
• Background or strong interest in gym/fitness culture and supplements
• Comfortable with sales and talking to customers confidently
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and health standards
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible — especially for opening/closing shifts
• Positive attitude and strong team mindset
