Seasonal Retail Merchandiser

Position Overview

Keep our communities fed. As a Merchandiser with Davidson Specialty Foods, you will become a key part of ensuring that local grocery stores have stocked shelves and can continue to supply their consumers.

Pay: $20 - $21 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Territory: Attleboro, MA;
Braintree, MA;
Plymouth, MA

Schedule: 5‑day work week (flexibility needed for weekends/holidays). Flex start options: 7:00‑3:30, 8:00‑4:00, 9:00‑5:00.

Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in the assigned territory. Assist with new display setups and reset existing displays of product. Pack out grocery orders when needed. Follow planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly. Clean, straighten, and organize shelves. Ensure completion of work by assigned due dates.

Transportation to get to and from work required. Travel reimbursement and mileage reimbursement available.

• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs
• Willingness to solicit customer feedback to improve service
• Communication skills including speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
• Capability to read and interpret written information and comprehend simple instructions

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
• Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America)
