Salary range: $18.75 – $19.75 per hour. Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

As a Sales Manager you will generate leads, close agreements, process renewal payments, and maintain showroom floors. You will build relationships, drive new business, and support operational functions.

• Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies
• Assist General Manager with operational functions
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available

• Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
• Valid state driver’s license and DOT certification (U.S.)
• Flexible schedule, available 8 am–9 pm
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unaided and 300 lbs with a dolly
