The Connecticut Team is seeking a Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Wethersfield, CT. We partner with telecom and energy clients to support customer acquisition and brand growth throughout the greater Hartford area.

This is a full-time, entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. Whether you're a recent graduate or looking to start your professional career, you'll gain valuable experience in communication, marketing strategy, customer engagement, and business development.

• Assist with the execution of customer-focused marketing and sales campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and represent client brands professionally
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive experience
• Support customer acquisition and account development efforts
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

• Recent graduates and early-career professionals encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, campus leadership, athletics, or internship experience is a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $45,000-$55,000, including commission
