Sales and Marketing Assistant

Not every entry-level role gives you the chance to build experience in both sales and promotional marketing.

At The Connecticut Team, you'll work directly with customers, represent telecom clients, and gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, brand promotion, and account development. If you've worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service, many of the skills you've already developed can translate well into this role.

You'll be part of a team that believes in developing people from the ground up. We provide training, mentorship, and opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you grow.

• Meeting with customers and introducing client products and services
• Supporting promotional marketing campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area
• Building relationships and delivering a positive customer experience
• Learning sales strategies, communication techniques, and account management fundamentals
• Working with a team to achieve campaign goals and client objectives

Location:

Wethersfield, CT (In-Person)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM

Compensation:
Expected first-year earnings of $50,000-$55,000, including commission
