Entry Level Account Manager

The Connecticut Team is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Wethersfield, CT. We partner with telecom and energy clients to help grow their customer base through personalized, face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area.

This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with paid training provided. Whether you're a recent graduate or transitioning from retail, hospitality, restaurants, or another customer-facing role, we'll provide the tools and support to help you succeed.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Represent client products and services through in-person consultations
• Support customer acquisition and account development initiatives
• Learn effective sales, marketing, and communication strategies
• Work alongside a collaborative team to achieve campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Interest in developing a long-term career in sales, marketing, or account management

Location: Wethersfield, CT (In-Person)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM

Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $50,000-$55,000, including commission
