The Connecticut Team is hiring a Junior Customer Acquisition Representative to join our growing team in Wethersfield, CT. We partner with telecom and energy clients to help grow their customer base through personalized, face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns across the greater Hartford area.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in customer relations, account management, and business development.

• Meet with prospective customers and introduce client products and services
• Build relationships and deliver a positive customer experience
• Support customer acquisition initiatives within assigned territories
• Learn effective sales, marketing, and communication techniques
• Collaborate with team members to achieve client and campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Individuals with experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
• Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn

Location: Wethersfield, CT (In-Person)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM

Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $55,000-$65,000
