Supply Chain Analyst

Supply Chain Analyst Wetumpka, AL

This position will report to the Sr. Director of IBP & Procurement. This role will support the organization's goal of creating a best-in-class Supply Chain department at the corporate level. This role will be largely project based and require a self-motivated individual to be successful, and one who excels in a team / collaborative environment.

Education:

A college degree in a related field and/or relevant working experience

Experience:

Relevant working experience for 2+ years

• A positive attitude and appetite to learn / contribute to a team
• Expert in Microsoft Excel or related data analytic tool(s)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient at supply chain management
• Requires going from office to the manufacturing floor on a regular basis
• Comfortable in creating and giving presentations
• Can work well with all levels of an organization

• Understand, identify and lead key opportunities from a quantitative, data-driven perspective to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within our Supply Chain team
• Procurement, Planning, Logistics & Materials Management
• Help create and lead reporting to be standardized throughout the Supply Chain team
• Help create processes and governance around standardized tools
• Timely and accurate input and maintenance of data to information systems
• Demonstrates regular and reasonable attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings and assignments
• Interacts and works well with others to build strong relationships
