• Identify prospects through market analysis and cold calling.

By joining our offices, you will be integrated into the team of a Senior Manager, who will coach and mentor you on a daily basis and support you at any time!

• Graduated with a Master’s degree in business or engineering.
• Previous experience in a Life‑science industry, sales or business development.
• Thriving in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals.
• Structured, organized, and possessing a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.

  Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you – the objective is to learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you.
• Interviews
  : (average number of interviews is 3 – the number may vary). You will meet people from our team: your line manager, and others related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, skills, the position, and expectations, as well as give you an overview of our culture, roots, teams, and career opportunities.
• Case Study
  :
  Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test – this could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem‑solving scenario, etc.
