Hospitality Supervisor

What Signature Offer £15.30 per hour Shift times: 09.30 - 17.30.

Alternate weekends required . There may be some occasions where you will finish later depending on events taking place at the home. This will involve:
Managing the planning and delivery of hospitality and wellbeing services across the home Leading, coordinating, and allocating team members to ensure seamless delivery across catering, cleaning, and resident engagement Enhancing the dining experience by participating in food service and ensuring a high standard of presentation and service Maintaining robust housekeeping standards for cleanliness and comfort Planning and supporting activities that encourage creativity, movement, and social engagement Advocating for resident choice and independence in everything you do Responsibilities will vary on each shift depending on which department you are supporting.

Qualifications and Skills:
