Mechanical Mobile Maintenance Engineer - 43-45K - London & M3 Corridor. A leading HVAC specialist is seeking a mechanical bias multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a growing team in the London / M3 Corridor. The successful candidate will provide planned maintenance, servicing and repair to a wide range of mechanical and building services equipment. The ideal candidate would be based between Reading, Surrey, South London & Kent and will work on contracts across London and the M3 corridor.

With four offices based within the UK, the company has grown since launching in 2002 and provides building performance assets, planned and reactive maintenance solutions and capital projects works throughout the UK. They work with a wide variety of retail, mixed use development spaces, hotel and leisure and commercial multi-tenanted office spaces.

They are currently in search of a mechanical mobile engineer to join a team of engineers to provide maintenance and breakdown to electrical/mechanical units for a wide variety of commercial clients, including mechanical & building services, maintenance, service & repair works; DB tightness tests; water treatment management; TMV valves; pumps/motors; AHU’s & HVAC maintenance; and plumbing & heating works on district heating systems.

This role is based on a 40-hour week, with the ideal candidate coming from either a plumbing (level
2) or heating and ventilation background.

• Provide planned maintenance, servicing and repair to a wide range of mechanical & building services equipment.
• Carry out maintenance and breakdown across electrical/mechanical units for a variety of commercial clients.
• Perform DB tightness tests and water treatment management.
• Work with TMV valves, pumps/motors, AHUs & HVAC maintenance, plumbing & heating works (district heating systems).

• Mechanical mobile engineer with a background in plumbing (level
  2) or heating and ventilation.
• Experience in maintenance, servicing and repair within commercial environments.

• Basic salary: 43-45K
