The Rewards- Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per year (Depending on experience) + Overtime paid at time and a quarter ($1.25 imes$).

YourRole
As a vital Senior Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Supercar Specialist within our elite workshop, you will:
- Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics
, using cutting-edge workshop technology to investigate complex faults, identify root causes, and deliver first-time fixes. - Diagnose complex ECU, CAN-Bus, engine management, and auto electrical systems across supercars, prestige marques, and high-performance vehicles.
- Carry out comprehensive servicing, maintenance, and major repairs
, including engines, gearboxes, suspension, steering, braking systems, and drive trains to strict quality standards. - Execute air conditioning servicing and repairs
, ensuring full system compliance and performance. - Road test customer vehicles to verify repairs, complete clear digital job cards, and maintain an organized, safe, and professional workshop environment.
- Qualifications: NVQ/IMI Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served equivalent). F-Gas certification is essential. Master Technician accreditation or MOT Tester licence is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience: 15+ years of industry experience as a Vehicle Technician, Master Technician, or Diagnostic Specialist with proven experience working on supercars, prestige vehicles, sports cars, or VAG marques.
- Key Strengths: Exceptional fault-finding and diagnostic skills, deep knowledge of modern vehicle electronics, a logical mindset, and incredible attention to detail.
- Licensing: A full UK driving licence is required for road testing client vehicles.
- Equipment: Must possess your own specialist hand tools to execute advanced diagnostic and mechanical duties.
