Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Collision Receptionist to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the friendly first point of contact for customers and visitors, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your organizational skills and customer service expertise will help create a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow‑up communications for the collision center
  • Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and supporting administrative functions
  • Support office management activities by coordinating appointments and providing personal assistant support as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, filing systems, proofreading, and calendar management is a plus
