Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Operations Manager
What You'll Do
- Manage payroll processing and timekeeping systems
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new associates
- Support employee relations, communication, and policy administration
- Track PTO requests and maintain personnel records
- Assist with workplace safety, OSHA compliance, and injury reporting
- Coordinate meetings, events, food orders, and employee recognition activities
- Manage security badge systems, phone systems, and other administrative technologies
- Support hospital leadership with reporting, projects, and operational initiatives
- Resolve non‑medical client concerns and promote exceptional service
- Help foster a positive, collaborative, and professional workplace culture
- Minimum 5 years of office management experience with payroll and human resources responsibilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Customer service or service‑industry management experience
- Veterinary experience preferred, but not required
- College education preferred

This position pays $28.00 - $38.00, dependent on experience, education, certification, etc.
