Senior Project​/Process Improvement Manager, Operations Excellence

South Shore Health is hiring a Senior Project/Process Improvement Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that transform how care is delivered and supported across our system.

Candidates must reside in MA, RI, CT or NH to be considered. Onsite position, flexibility with working hours/remote days.

• Lead enterprise-level projects that improve operational performance across clinical and business teams
• Drive implementation of a Daily Management System (DMS) — including tiered huddles, visual boards, and escalation pathways
• Design and standardize workflows using Lean methodologies and process improvement tools
• Coach leaders on data-driven decision‑making, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement
• Build dashboards and track KPIs across productivity, financial, and patient experience metrics
• Partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results

• 5–7+ years of project management experience leading complex initiatives
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and lead change in a matrixed environment
• Skilled in data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance improvement
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred

• Lead meaningful, system‑wide transformation
• Work directly with executive leadership
