VCA South Shore (Weymouth) Animal Hospital seeks an experienced Client Service Professional to join our active management team as Customer Service Supervisor
. In this leadership role you will work closely with other department supervisors and managers to develop company protocols, direct procedural change and mentor our support staff. We are committed to implementing innovative and effective ideas to change the future of veterinary medicine and want you to be part of that team.

The right candidate is an enthusiastic and outgoing personality who loves people. The Customer Service Supervisor will join a team of supervisors to help guide, train, and nurture our growing front desk administration team. Working side by side with the team, the supervisor will interact directly with clients and be a part of our leadership team working to develop and drive hospital initiatives to continue to make us a premier 24‑hour emergency/referral/multi‑specialty and general practice.

Candidates should preferably have a minimum of 2 years experience managing teams of 20+ members.

Responsibilities

As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice and is responsible for:

  • Providing excellent client service including greeting visitors warmly, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Helping clients understand the financial aspects of their visit; processing payments and insurance claims.
  • Assisting clients in selecting the right products and services for their individual pet.
  • Educating clients on general animal husbandry and non‑medical pet care (heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).

The longer you stay, the more paid time off you get to play. Pay range is $41,000‑$48,000 dependent on experience, skill set, and education.
