Banking Specialist; Float – Level

Coastal Heritage Bank is seeking an experienced banker to join our retail team at our Weymouth location. As a Banking Specialist (Float), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service as the face of the bank. This position may require floating between locations in the same area to provide support as needed.

Join Coastal Heritage Bank as a key member of our retail team. This role may be filled at the Personal Banker, Banking Specialist I, or Banking Specialist II level depending on experience.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and level.

Monday–Thursday: 8:30–4:30

Friday: 8:30–5:00

Saturday: 8:30–12:00

2 Saturdays/month required. Employees may choose either:

• A weekday off during a Saturday work week, or
• Working the full week and receiving overtime

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service, ensuring positive customer experiences by attentively recognizing and responding to customer needs.
• Assist customers with account services, including account opening and closing.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a balanced cash drawer and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain updated knowledge of bank products and services to answer customer inquiries effectively.
• Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures and applicable Federal and State regulations.
• Maintain a safe and secure facility and comply with training requirements.
• Support branch operations, including clerical duties, cash handling, and reporting functions.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
