We educate over 5,600 students in 11 school buildings, including Weymouth Early Childhood Center, eight elementary schools (grades K-5), Chapman Middle School (grades 6-8), and Weymouth High School (Grades 9-12). Guides and evaluates the learning experience of the students in her/his classes and accepts responsibility for activities of students within her/his purview within the school building or on the school grounds.

• Provides differentiated curriculum instruction to students
• Participates in curriculum planning and professional development activities
• Prepares records and reports
• Provides for the care and protection of school property
• Keeps records and all books, supplies, and equipment in their classroom
• Accepts instructional and non-instructional assignments as provided for in the collective bargaining agreement
• Participates in faculty meetings and workshops
• Provides, when necessary, instructional help outside the regular student day within bounds established by the collective bargaining agreement
• Adheres to School Committee policy
