We educate over 5,600 students in 11 school buildings, including Weymouth Early Childhood Center, eight elementary schools (grades K‑5), Chapman Middle School (grades 6‑8), and Weymouth High School (grades 9‑12). Qualifications- Must be licensed with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education 9-12
- SEI Endorsement required
- Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher
- Engineering experience welcomed
Guides and evaluates the learning experience of the students in her/his classes and accepts responsibility for activities of students within her/his purview within the school building or on the school grounds.
Specific Duties- Instructs to the best of her/his ability
- Participates in faculty meetings and workshops
- Provides instructional help outside the regular student day within bounds established by the collective bargaining agreement, when necessary
- Participates in curriculum planning and professional development activities
- Prepares records and reports as required
Provides for the care and protection of school property - Keeps records and all books, supplies, and equipment in her/his classroom
- Accepts instructional and non‑instructional assignments as provided for in the collective bargaining agreement
- Executes School Committee policy

Salary: $57,464.10 to $114,784 Per Year
