Position Special Education Teacher — Full-Time

Stars School is a small but growing Chapter 766 special education school serving students with dyslexia and other language-based learning disabilities.
Our students are taught in highly specialized Language-Based Learning Classrooms (LBLCs), where language is integrated into all aspects of instruction through structured literacy and evidence-based teaching practices.
Teachers work in a Language-Based Learning Classroom (LBLC) with 6–8 students within a collaborative co‑teaching model. The classroom integrates explicit language instruction, structured literacy, and specially designed academic instruction throughout the school day.

We are committed to providing a structured, supportive, and academically rigorous learning environment. We value educators who bring expertise, enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong belief in the potential of every student. We are also committed to building an inclusive school community that reflects and respects the diverse backgrounds, identities, experiences, and perspectives of our students, families, and staff.
