A non-profit health organization is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Social Worker for a full-time position in Hingham and Weymouth areas, MA. In this role, you will conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling for homebound patients receiving Palliative or Hospice services. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in social work, a current MA license, and at least 3 years of social work experience.
The role requires flexibility for on-call holiday and weekend rotation. Competitive pay based on experience.
