** Please Note** This is a 90-day contract position. There is potential for extensions or FTE conversion but not guaranteed. Candidates will use their own personal vehicle for the position.

Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Openings: 1

Duration: 3-month contract, with possible extensions/conversion

Locations: 6 facilities in the portfolio (Weymouth MA, Brockton MA, Foxborough MA, Fall River MA, Taunton MA)

Shift: Monday – Friday (7am or 8am start time, flexible)

Start: ASAP after background check & drug screening

Interviews: 1 and done onsite

Pay: $40/hr - $50/hr (based on experience, education, certifications, etc.)

Requirements:

• 3+ years maintenance experience, commercial or residential
• Basic hand tools and skills, general maintenance
• Basic computer skills - utilizing Angus WO system and Outlook
• 'Jack of all trades' maintenance experience

Description:

Our client is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support their facilities operations team. This role involves providing facilities & property maintenance for a local portfolio of medical office buildings. Responsibilities include coordinating, managing, and performing physical activities related to the operation and maintenance of various building systems for commercial medical office facilities. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and capabilities to oversee and execute these duties to ensure proper operation and management of the facilities.
