is seeking a Incineration Technician
- Fluidized Bed
division. Responsibilities include performing industrial labor and other physically demanding work outdoors, under potentially adverse conditions, as well as within the facility/plant work environment. This entry‑level, full‑time position offers a new wage of $26.50 an hour, paid weekly, along with career growth and advancement opportunities. We look for a safety‑oriented and reliable individual to join our team in Kimball, NE.

This is shift work rotating 4‑12 hour shifts Day/Night. Mechanical aptitude required. Ability to work in adverse environments (extreme cold/heat, wind).

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Operates industrial equipment, including but not limited to forklift.
  • Performs general labor throughout the facility, preparing materials for the incineration process.
  • Ensures the safety of himself or herself as well as those around them.
  • Performs manual tasks such as cleaning up spills when necessary while taking all safety precautions to prevent injury.
  • Follows all standard operating procedures.
  • Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with industrial or manual labor.
  • Forklift operation.
  • Ability to work in adverse environments (cold/heat).
  • An excellent commitment to health and safety.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • DOT training.
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications.
  • Climb on and off forklifts.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. from the ground to your waste.
  • Climb up and down vertical ladders.
  • Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force.
  • 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected – depth perception is critical.
  • 10 push‑ups, deep knee squats and sit‑ups (to determine if fit).
  • Good hand/eye coordination.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Punctuality and attendance required.
  • Respirator fit test upon hire – clean‑shaven face required (mustache okay!).
  • Background check, drug screen, and physical required.
