South Shore Health System seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver individualized, outcome-oriented care using the nursing process. The role requires a minimum of 32 hours weekly, including two night or weekend shifts every four weeks and one major summer or winter holiday.
The RN will perform medication administration, plan and document care, ensure patient safety, coordinate discharge planning, and engage patients and families in care decisions, under hospital policies.
