American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Labor & Delivery position requiring circulating experience and Epic EMR proficiency.
Details- Work in the Obstetrics Birthing Unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule with flexible options of 36 or 40 hours per week
- 36-hour schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts from 7pm-7:30am
- 40-hour schedule consists of two 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am) plus two 8-hour shifts
- Uses Epic EMR system
- No on-call requirements
- Active MA RN license (temporary MA license accepted)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Recent EFM certification at intermediate level or higher required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Circulating experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- ALSO (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics) certification preferred
- Perinatal NCC certification preferred (Maternal Newborn Nursing Level I or Inpatient Obstetric Nursing
- Labor and Birth) - First Latch breastfeeding certification preferred
- Blue scrubs recommended though no specific color is mandated
- Returning staff who previously worked as permanent employees at this facility are not eligible to return as travelers
- RTO limited to no more than 7 days during the assignment
- Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at a reduced pay rate
