Position: Produce Lead Full Time
BJ's Wholesale Club -  - Responsibilities:
Lead Produce Department Operations:
Maintain produce freshness by executing regular culling and rotation, ensuring all products meet company quality standards.;
Manage Inventory Proactively:
Ensure proper product availability by monitoring inventory levels and executing timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions.;
Demonstrates Full Proficiency:
Execute operational functions of the department, including the ability to inspect, rotate, cull, and merchandise fresh produce to company standards.;
Accurate Item Labeling:
Ensure all items are accurately priced, labeled, and in compliance with company policies.;
Analyze Production and Sales:
Track and analyze sales, waste, and shrink data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
