HVAC Outside Sales Rep – Weymouth, MA

Boston Standard is a family owned and operated heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical corporation in growth mode, seeking energetic, dynamic in-home sales reps with experience in the HVAC/R and plumbing industry.

Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year. Potential income of $150k - $200k plus through 100% commissions.

• Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated from our corporate marketing team
• Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC product options to homeowners
• Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting

• Potential income of $150k - $200k plus through 100% commissions

• Valid Driver's License
• Residential service experience preferred (3+ years with excellent customer service skills)
• HVAC/R Outside Sales experience (a bonus but not required)
• Outside sales: 3 years (required)
• Service Sales: 1 year (required)
• HVAC Sales: 1 year (required)
• Relocate to Weymouth, MA before starting work (required)
