Are you a proven in-home sales professional who thrives on closing deals and helping homeowners find the right solutions?

We're looking for a driven, high-energy Outside Sales Representative who knows how to build trust, overcome objections, and close sales. HVAC experience is ideal, but if you're an exceptional in-home sales professional with a proven track record, we want to talk to you.

You'll receive warm, qualified leads generated by our marketing team, giving you more time doing what you do best
-selling.

Our sales team plays a critical role in that success, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

• Meet with homeowners through warm, company-generated leads
• Conduct professional in-home consultations
• Recommend HVAC solutions that best fit each customer's needs and budget
• Present options for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products
• Build trust through education, not pressure
• Close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities
• Work scheduled appointments, typically at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 8:00 PM
• Partner with the installation team to ensure a seamless customer experience

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience
• HVAC sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to consistently close sales
• A true hunter mentality with the drive to exceed goals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Someone who isn't afraid to try new approaches and continuously improve
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Team player who enjoys winning together
• Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
• Honest, professional, and customer-focused
• Valid driver's license
