• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing and heating systems
• Service and troubleshoot boilers, water heaters, hydronic heating systems, and related equipment
• Perform system upgrades, replacements, and new installations to the highest industry standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide professional recommendations
• Work independently while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and code compliance
• Collaborate with a strong support team to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Deliver outstanding customer service backed by leadership that supports your success

• 3+ years of residential plumbing and heating experience
• Active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License (required)
• Experience servicing, diagnosing, and installing residential heating systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic abilities and working knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing and heating codes
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Up to $175,000/year earning potential (base salary plus performance incentives)
