, we're raising the bar for residential home services. We're growing our Drain & Pipe Rehabilitation Division and are looking for an experienced Drain Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, providing long-term solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Perform residential drain cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, and mechanical descaling.
• Conduct sewer camera inspections to accurately diagnose drain and sewer issues.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and preventative maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for drain restoration and rehabilitation services.
• Partner with the sales team on larger drain and sewer rehabilitation projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.

• 3+ years of residential drain cleaning and sewer experience.
• Experience operating jetting equipment, descaling tools, and sewer inspection cameras.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Evening and night shifts
