Boston Standard Company is seeking HVAC Installers to join our team in the Boston area. We welcome installers of all levels and provide training. Sign-on bonus for Lead Installers up to $10,000 based on experience.
As an installer you will deliver high‑quality HVAC systems, ensure safety and documentation accuracy, mentor the Install Apprentice, and collaborate with the team to complete installations on schedule.
