Residential HVAC Service Technician
Location: Mattapan, MA
Company: Boston Standard Company / New England Ductless
Pay: $40–$55 per hour + Performance Pay (Top Techs Earn $100K+)

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a company that truly values its technicians.
What You'll Do- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Educate homeowners on repair options, energy savings, and system performance
- Recommend repairs, replacements, and maintenance memberships when appropriate
- Complete service documentation using Service Titan
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Work safely while representing Boston Standard with professionalism and integrity
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- Top technicians earn $100,000+ annually
