What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, service, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing and heating systems
  • Service, troubleshoot, repair, and install boilers and residential heating systems
  • Diagnose plumbing and heating problems and recommend the right solutions
  • Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, valves, pumps, disposals, and other plumbing equipment
  • Service and troubleshoot hydronic heating systems and related equipment
  • Perform plumbing and heating inspections
  • Complete system upgrades, replacements, and new installations to the highest industry standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and provide honest recommendations
  • Work independently while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and compliance with Massachusetts plumbing, heating, and safety codes
  • Keep work areas, company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized
  • Use smartphones, tablets, and company software to document and manage jobs
  • Collaborate with the team to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of residential plumbing and heating experience
  • Active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License required
  • Strong experience servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential heating systems
  • Proficiency in boiler service, troubleshooting, repair, and installation
  • Strong plumbing diagnostic and repair skills
  • Working knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing, heating, and safety codes
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
  • Pride in clean, professional, high‑quality workmanship
  • Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and company software
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
