Pediatric Neuropsychologist

Position Overview

Life Stance Health is a national provider of mental health services. We are looking for a full‑time Pediatric Neuropsychologist (part‑time considered) to conduct neuropsychological assessments for children and adolescents in outpatient settings across Greater Boston, Massachusetts.

• Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments of children and adolescents presenting with psychiatric, developmental, medical/neurological, and learning concerns.
• Provide expert evaluation and communication with families, schools, and referral sources.
• Coordinate care with primary care partners and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver psychotherapy following a primary assessment protocol (competence in psychotherapy is a plus).
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical standards.

Ideal candidates possess:

• Licensed or license‑eligible status in Massachusetts.
• Extensive experience working with neurodevelopmental disorders in preschool/school‑age children and adolescents.
• Strong communication skills with families, schools, and health‑care professionals.
• Postdoctoral fellowship experience is encouraged but not required.

• Above average W2 compensation package; annual income estimate $115,000–$147,000.
