Bay Cove Human Services is seeking a Safety Monitor for the Weymouth Shelter, Fridays and Saturdays from 3pm to 11pm. The role focuses on maintaining a welcoming, safe environment for unsheltered homeless adults and ensuring adherence to shelter policies and safety procedures.
The Safety Monitor will monitor guest behavior, assist with check-ins, secure belongings, and de-escalate tensions while coordinating with shelter staff to respond to emergencies and incidents.
