Customer Service Assistant at Coastland Coffee

Weyco Services Limited is looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join the team in our Coastland Coffee Shop, providing a welcoming and professional service to students, staff and visitors across the Weymouth College campus.

Whether you have previous experience working in a coffee shop, café, hospitality venue or retail environment, or you are looking to develop your skills in customer service, we can provide full training and support to help you succeed in the role.

As part of Weyco's Coastland Coffee team, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for customers at Coastland College. Working in a busy and vibrant environment, your duties will include preparing and serving hot and cold drinks and snacks, operating the till, replenishing stock, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and providing excellent customer service at all times.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside a dedicated team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the coffee shop while supporting the needs of our college community.

We have 2 positions available, both working 20 hours per week Monday - Friday, term-time only (36 weeks per year):

Position 1 - 8am to midday

Position 2 - midday to 4pm
