Multi Trade Joiner

Site based covering Dorset, Somerset and Hampshire. Standard Hours Monday
- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Joiner to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality plumbing repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties.

Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Joinery background, joinery experience essential. The works include the repairs of various upvc doors, windows, kitchens repairs and installations and general maintenance to ensure functionality.

Basic Plumbing, tiling & patch plastering, floor laying, mould and damp treatment is desirable.

Working in tenanted properties on general maintenance.

Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.

Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.

NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery.

Full UK driving license is required.

The role will also require a DBS check to be completed.
