Multi Trade Plumber

Site based covering Dorset and Somerset. Standard Hours Monday
- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Plumber to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality plumbing repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties.

• Multi Trade Plumber background, plumbing experience essential. The works include the repair or replacement of various sanitaryware items including toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps.
• Pipework installation and repair, repair to water‑main supplies, soil stacks and domestic drainage.
• Maintenance and repair of hot water systems, cold water storage tanks maintenance and renewal.
• Basic joinery repairs, windows, doors, kitchens, flooring tiling & patch plastering, mould and damp treatment is desirable.
• Working in tenanted properties on general maintenance.
• Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
• Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
• Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
• Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards.
• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• The role will also require a DBS check to be completed.
