OverviewAs an Electrical Engineer on our team, you will shape Defense Acquisition by developing precision guided munitions systems. You will design, develop, and evolve these systems with advanced electronics technology solutions, merge systems engineering and advanced smart munitions, and translate real‑world needs into technical specifications to deliver a customer‑focused engineering solution.
Responsibilities- Design and develop precision guided munitions systems.
- Evolve systems with advanced electronics technology solutions.
- Merge systems engineering and smart munitions to increase military capabilities.
- Translate real‑world needs into technical specifications.
- 2+ years of experience with electrical engineering.
- Experience with configuration management tools.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with GNSS, inertial navigation, or navigation warfare.
- Experience with GPS receiver hardware design.
- Experience with modeling and simulation, including with MATLAB, Python, or C++.
- Master’s degree.

CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. In addition, full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs, which include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
