Why Join Us?Are you an engineer who loves seeing the direct impact of your work from the drawing board to the field? At [Company Name], we don't just build water treatment systems - solve critical environmental challenges. As an Application & Process Engineer
, you won't be stuck behind a desk or hidden in a lab; you'll sit right at the center of innovation and execution.
This hybrid, highly visible role bridges the gap between client solution design and real-world system commissioning. If you thrive on technical problem-solving, enjoy client-facing technical leadership, and get excited by hands-on engineering, this is your opportunity to drive end-to-end impact.

- Be the Technical Authority: Partner with Business Development managers to lead client visits, present tailored engineering solutions, and guide clients through complex technical decisions.
- Mitigate Risk: Evaluate technical, operational, and regulatory risks prior to bid submission to ensure feasibility, profitability, and safety.
- Bring Designs to Life: Create and maintain essential process documentation, including Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and general layout drawings.
- Lead System Launch: Mobilize, startup, and commission water treatment systems onsite, serving as the go-to expert for field troubleshooting and operational launch.
- Optimize Performance: Leverage operational data from active systems to troubleshoot, boost throughput, lower operating costs, and consistently hit environmental discharge targets.
- Champion Safety & Compliance: Ensure designs strictly align with environmental standards (e.g., NJDEP, NYDEC), company safety codes, and client EHS requirements (including conducting HAZOP reviews).
