At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Compo under to work with a leading company in the personal care industry in Wharton. This role involves the precise weighing, mixing, and compounding of raw materials to produce high-quality cosmetic and over-the-counter drug products in a professional manufacturing environment.

Shift Patterns
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Pay Rates
  • 30.00 - 39.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Compo under
  • More than 2 years of experience in cosmetic compounding within an FDA-regulated environment.
  • More than 2 years of experience weighing, dispensing, and compounding raw materials for cosmetic products.
  • More than 2 years of experience operating mixing, blending, or compounding equipment.
  • Strong understanding of compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Desirable requirements for Compo under
  • Technical knowledge of 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211 regulations.
  • Familiarity with cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines (ISO 22716).
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability for production equipment.
  • Ability to follow detailed batch instructions, including order of addition, mixing times, and temperatures.
Role for Compo under
  • Weigh and dispense raw materials accurately according to batch records and verify material identity.
  • Operate and monitor mixing and compounding equipment such as tanks, kettles, and homogenizers.
  • Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and in real-time, adhering to ALCOA+ principles.
  • Perform in-process checks and monitor process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Warehouse teams to support production and audit activities.
