Prepare production equipment for cleaning and follow lock out/tag out procedures;
Sanitize, foam, scrub and rinse production equipment to meet Food Safety and Quality standards;
Clean and sanitize conveyors, floors, ceilings, walls, drains, bathrooms and office areas;
Maintain sanitation documentation and Master Sanitation Schedule
